Crock Pot Roast

Ingredients

  • 1 3-5 lb Chuck Roast
  • 1 bag Baby Carrots
  • 3 Medium Potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 Medium Onion, cut into chunks
  • 2 Stalks Celery, sliced
  • 2 cups Beef Broth

Instructions

  1. Add roast to crock pot.  Wash baby carrots, peel and dice potatoes,  peel onion and cut into chunks.  Add all ingredients to the crock pot.

      Add beef broth to crock pot.  

    Turn crock pot on and set to 8 hours.  Place lid on crock pot.   

    Add a healthy side dish of steamed broccoli or a tossed salad.
